  2. Condition of Items: Returned items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

    • With all tags intact and not removed.

    • In the original packaging.

  3. Valid Reasons for Returns:

    • Size Issues: If the item doesn't fit, we’ll exchange it for the correct size.

    • Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong item, we’ll replace it or offer a full refund.

    • Defective or Damaged: If the item is faulty, we’ll issue a replacement or a 100% money-back guarantee.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items due to misuse.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at support@hokevi.store with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • A ₹60 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund is processed.

Exchanges: If you need a different size or received the wrong product, we will arrange a free exchange as quickly as possible.
